New construction of a 4-story wood condo structure, comprised of 8 luxury units and a common wellness area. This is the second building of a multi-structure development.

The parkade was already constructed for this building two years prior to construction. The building features award-winning architectural design by IBI Group, floor-to-ceiling windows, Glulam and natural stone exterior, and interior design completed by Sticks + Stones Interior Design Group.

The contract type was a CCDC5B with Construction Management services provided by Westcor for the complete construction and landscaping of the Abruzzo building, including the main floor slab on grade.
