Located in Bridgeland's Meredith Block, Advanced Primary Care is a  Hybrid-funded, Patient-Centered Medical Home that provides an alternative team-based primary care model.

The project scope consisted of an interior development of the space and included Dirtt interior partitions, which facilitated an accelerated schedule. The project also features anti-microbial walls, an on-site laboratory, wheelchair-accessible private consultation and treatment rooms, specialized care treatment rooms, and a modern and welcoming overall space.
