Working as Construction Managers, Westcor, Kasian Architecture, and the Client developed the design with periodic budget updates to maintain design parameters within the overall 3-year budget.

The project included 5 floors, between two separate buildings, with multiple phases per floor. The interior renovation portion included all new flooring, offices, integrated partition systems, feature walls, and breakout rooms for the AltaLink team. The work being completed, across various locations in southern Alberta, all adheres to AltaLink’s Health, Safety, and Security policies and protocols.

Our team worked with a highly cognizant group of AltaLink staff to consistently monitor heating and cooling, odour control, lighting changes and high safety and security requirements to ensure their needs were met and their day-to-day operations were not affected by construction.
