Banff Cascade Development Inc. identified the need to refresh the existing building's exterior facade including work for a new sidewalk, demolition of a canopy, building of new door openings, installation of Nanawall door systems, installation of a second floor patio & structural framing.

Other exterior upgrades were also identified, such as deck railings, wood cladding, gable details, stucco repainting, plus additional internal work to stairs, plumbing through existing tenant space and other upgrades in preparation for a new restaurant tenant.
