Bethany Care society identified 3 disused 1960s-era buildings to be demolished. Westcor performed pre-demolition analysis, oversaw extensive asbestos and lead-abatement procedures and the demolition of all three 3-storey residential buildings.

This demolition will allow Bethany Care Society to re-purpose the land for a new park and community garden, and pave the way for future expansion of Bethany Care Society's Riverview campus.
