Buffalo Grace Manor is a  93,829 SQFT, 102-bed supportive living residence in the Lethbridge's Garry Station community . The Project site is almost 5 hectares in area situated between a new medium-density neighborhood and park area.

This 102 Bed Supportive Living project will provide residences for “Supportive Living 4” and “Supportive Living 4D” (Dementia). The facility is combustible/non-combustible wood framed construction on pad foundations.

Features of the facility include amenity spaces, a full commercial kitchen, chapel, administration offices, common dining and living areas, client laundry and multipurpose spaces and ancillary rooms to support the day to operation of the residence.

The project also included extensive paved parking & landscape features as part of the overall construction.
