This project began with the strategic demolition of the existing Community Centre followed by the excavation of the basement and site to accommodate a new 21-suite, four-storey wood frame complex with future commercial development of the basement and main floor.

This unique project utilized donated construction materials and recycled brick. Westcor worked closely with the consultant and owner to help satisfy site development issues while mitigating additional cost. Other features included handicap accessible suites and a full-service elevator.
