Interior/exterior renovation of a 2-storey multi-bedroom shared living space designed to house 24+ residents. The property was previously owned by the city of Calgary and was acquired by Home Space as part of the Rapid Housing Initiative with the goal of providing a quick turnaround of the building so residents could be serviced as quickly as possible.

Primary scopes of work included floor replacement, painting, kitchen replacement, door remedial works, exterior cement siding, and minor site clean-up. The furnaces and boiler system were also fully replaced.
