This greenfield 4-storey apartment complex is comprised of 65 units, with 11 of the units being barrier-free /
accessible, and a one storey underground parkade. The structure was wood framed and utilized pre-fabricated
floor and wall cassettes which minimized on-site labour, accelerated the project schedule, and minimized safety
risk on site. During construction, 24/7 monitoring was achieved with cameras installed throughout the site to
provide security to a project located in the middle of a fully developed community while also meeting the needs
of the CMHC funding/insurance requirements.

Extensive Value Engineering was completed during Pre-Construction resulting in the procurement of alternate materials, saving both cost and time while maintaining specified quality standards.
