Construction of new Mcdonald's Restaurant and Associated Site Works in Chestermere, AB. This milestone project was the first McDonald's Restaurant to be built in Chestermere and was completed within 14-weeks from breaking ground.

The new, 4,427 sq.ft. restaurant houses dine-in and drive-thru services. The building consists of wood framing, McDonald’s standard metal panels, Hardie board, steel cladding, masonry veneer, and numerous upscale design touches throughout.

In addition, Westcor also completed all site works including services, paving, concrete work, and drive-through equipment.
