This three-storey 11,000 ft² food and beverage establishment with full basement, roof-top patio, and two kitchens.  Construction of the foundations included shoring of the two-neighboring buildings and sidewalks along busy 17^th Avenue. Wood framing, concrete block, and structural steel framing were all incorporated into the building structure.

Highly detailed oak millwork including wainscoting and wood-coffered ceilings finish off the English pub interior. The exterior is finished with cultured stone, acrylic stucco, fabric awnings, and Juliet balcony railings.
