This greenfield, non-combustible, 8,825m², 5-storey, structural steel school was built to expand Renert's student capacity and host their High School services. The project delivery method was a Lump Sum tender which was then converted to a CCDC5 to allow a collaborative construction approach.

The school was completed with a recessed structural concrete gymnasium, including spectator seating and walls, and a precast T-beam roof structure to allow an exterior open play area over the gym on the roof level. The exterior consisted of a blend of cladding, EFIS, and masonry facades. The interior consisted of DIRTT integrated wall systems, various multimedia applications, and public assembly areas including a library and cast-in-place concrete atrium.
