This greenfield project started with the relocation of a stockpile of topsoil followed by site grading, concrete pile & concrete grade beam structural foundation, structural steel post, and beam structure with partial structural metal stud wall system combined with masonry block gymnasium walls and corridors. The exterior brick veneer was topped with architectural metal cladding, along with aluminum windows.

The roof system consisted of metal decking and a bituminous flat roof complete with some architectural sloped metal roofing. The footprint was 45,000 sq. ft. with an additional 13,000 sq. ft. second floor, an elevator, two gymnasiums, an ECS wing, and an elementary wing complete with a soundproof music room, wood shop, library, and staff offices.
