Approximately 11,840 square foot, interior build-out of a new tenant space including lead-lined walls for CT scanner & X-ray, extensive medical gas system, surgical suites and installation of clients equipment including caging, runs, surgical lights and exam tables. Westcor worked closely with the client on value engineering for access control, millwork finishes, surgery light supports and electrical rough-ins for the adjacent tenant space which was successfully completed by the same project team in 2022.

Lead times for specialty equipment were impacted by Covid-19 supply and logistics constraints, but Westcor continued to push forward with just-in-time information to keep the project workflow moving aggressively. VCA was able to successfully open shop on July 5th, 2021 as planned with a 2-month clinic set up and staff training period.
